WEEK 1
Learn about the modeling industry & which divisions are best for you! Prepare for 7 different types of castings: print, runway, fitness, hosting/spokesmodel, commercials, promo, and learn how to interview for TV/ reality shows. Learn how to submit yourself to top agencies nationally or internationally. Gain the tools necessary to be a successful model including: industry lingo, interview skills, how to create a professional portfolio, marketing, social media, how to create a model’s bag, and how to fill out vouchers.
WEEK 2
As a model, YOU are your product. Learn how to brand yourself. Work with personal trainers, hair stylist, skin & make-up artists, etc.
WEEK 3
Learn top industry tips from our Celebrity Wardrobe Stylists! We will teach you versatile ways to change your look, and apply your own makeup for castings and photoshoots. Stars coach will assist you in finding your best colors and brands for your unique image as well as what’s best for your hair, eye, and skin color.
WEEK 4
Learn photo movement to prepare for all types of print bookings including: editorial, lifstyle, and web. Master the 600 Poses Within 60 Minutes technique. Learn how to work with photographers shooting for fashion campaigns, catalogs, magazines, billboards, and web videos. Bring 10 outfits to prepare for your photoshoot.
WEEK 5
Shoot with Utah’s top fashion photographer. Come hair & makeup ready! Bring 2 suitcases of clothing: all seasons & styles. This photoshoot will test your photo movement, and ability to show versatility in changing your hair & makeup. Session is free. Purchase prints for $25 each.
WEEK 6 & 7
TODAY bring slick sole shoes or heels. Learn Stars official 15 top runway turns. Learn fashion show etiquette and be in a mock fashion show! Improve poise, posture, and walk.
WEEK 8
Learn the 21 teleprompter techniques. Prepare for auditions such as spokesmodel campaigns, web videos, TV show interviews, endorsements, emceeing, and interviewing for press/media. Learn how to read naturally from a teleprompter. Develop delivering scripted dialogue in a believable way.
WEEK 9
Learn the 5 types of TV commercial categories including: speaking, non-speaking, informericals, testimonials/interview style, and how to build immediate chemistry for partner & family castings. Learn how to deliver scripted dialogue in a believable way & sell the product!
WEEK 10
Film your demo reels today, meet the Agent, and receive your Certification of Completion! Thanks for working hard & choosing to be a role model!
