REFUND POLICY OVERVIEW

• Under our 24-hour refund policy, once you purchased any of the Utah Talent Academy certifications or yearly membership, you have up to 24 hours to cancel.
• You can receive 1 free workshop to review if you sign up for the yearly program in each academy: Utah Film Academy & Utah Model Academy in order to ensure these programs are the best suited for you.
• We adjusted our refund guidelines to be more flexible in early October 2022 offering a 24 hour policy refund. If you experienced a significant schedule disruption and and no longer wish to use your credit towards the program registered for, you are eligible for any of the programs with Utah Talent Academy.
• Credit card refunds will be processed within seven business days of the 24- hour refund policy request.
• Your refund will be credited back to your original form of payment.
